With 12 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, Master Chef Louis brings forward fresh ideas in further enhancing the time-tested Japanese cuisine.

Kumo Hibachi serve joyful, creative, innovative, sumptuous and delightful dishes of Asia, which includes the exciting and Fun way of cooking on the Tappan yaki grill which we know as Hiabchi in America.
